Our Mission

BioEnergy Fuels is revolutionizing waste-to-energy conversion through our proprietary catalytic pyrolysis platform. By processing diverse waste feedstocks—from used motor oil, waxy crude, industrial wastewater, and biomass materials—we enable companies to achieve environmental responsibility while unlocking new profit margins.

Our Mission is to turn waste into wealth. We assist a variety of businesses across the oil and aviation industry, wastewater treatment, agriculture, and industrial sectors. Our Pyrolysis Mobile Unit (PMU) is designed to process any liquid feedstock on site, to produce a variety of liquid fuels. Our goal is to minimize the impact of the petroleum-derived waste streams on the environment.

Industries We Serve

  • Our process removes high sulfur, other trace metals, and paraffins from crude oil, upgrading low-value petroleum-based products into high-value, cleaner-burning fuels.

  • Agricultural waste and biomass waste can effectively be converted into high value Bio-Oils and liquid fuels. Creating positive environmental impacts and increased profit.

  • With our patented technology we will help the aviation industry reach their Sustainable Aviation Fuel (SAF) initiatives by converting Lignocellulosic Biomass — such as sawdust — into high grade jet fuel.

  • Our process strips organic contaminants and heavy metals, yielding cleaner effluent and reducing environmental liability. Purified production water can earn a company carbon credits or allow them to have a closed loop system and recycle the water as it is used for production.

Proven Applications

Waxy Crude Conversion

Most waxy crudes produced are transported by heated tank trucks to the refineries. It is estimated that the extra cost of transporting waxy crudes is $4-8 per barrel of crude.

Our technology is able to convert waxy crude into low viscosity crude oil that can be easily pumped even at low winter temperatures.

Used Motor Oil Recycling

From used Used Motor Oil (UMO) we are able to produce high-grade Marine Diesel and Bunker Fuel that can be used in large scale shipping or mining operations. Bunker Fuels can be processed even further to produce alternate fuel products such as Gasoline or Diesel.

Bio-Oil Production

By repurposing Lignocellulosic Biomass material — Sawdust and similar biproducts — into usable and convertible Bio-Oil, we can supply services to those who have biomass feedstock, and to
those who need the bio-oil production.

Uses for Bio-Oils can be the production of Jet Fuel, other forms of liquid fuels, pharmaceutical, and agriculture.

Water Treatment

The reactor is highly modifiable to meet the water standards required by the client.

Disposing of purified production water can earn a company carbon credits or allow them to have a closed loop system and recycle the water as it is used for production.

Sustainable Aviation Fuels

With our patented technology we will help the aviation industry reach their Sustainable Aviation Fuel (SAF) initiatives by converting Lignocellulosic Biomass — such as sawdust — into high grade jet fuel.

Agricultural Waste

Part of our initial studies involved the use of agricultural waste from olive oil production and using our technology to produce another sustainable resource for bio-oil production.

There are multiple sources for Agricultural Waste, and with our technology we can make a substantial impact on how agricultural waste can benefit the environment and lower our carbon footprint on the planet.

Tire & Plastic Repurposing

With considerable amounts of tire waste in the world, one application of our technology is to be able to convert used tire waste into refined Bio-Oil. Thus creating a sustainable liquid fuel product from waste products. Uses for Bio-Oils can be the production of Jet Fuel, other forms of liquid fuels, pharmaceutical, and agriculture.

Trace Metals & Sulfur Removal

Many sources of crude oil and petroleum products have high amounts of trace metals and paraffins — such as sulfur. Sulfur can be corrosive and have a high impact on air pollution. Our technology can remove these trace metals and paraffins more effectively than any other pyrolysis method on the market. Thus, saving the customer time and creating a more valuable product.

Federal Carbon Credits

Energy production that reduces carbon emissions can be approved for carbon credits from the government. There are a variety of ways using our process to qualify for these credits. Repurposing petroleum-derived and biomass waste — Used motor oil, tires, plastics, etc. — we support greenhouse gas reductions (GHG), resource recovery, and regulatory compliance.
